**Should any items be unavailable, we'll reach out to you to discuss any adjustments to your expected timeline. Kindly note that all our products are crafted in-house by our skilled Master Potter!

  1. Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. 

  2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

  4. International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  5. Damage During Shipping: In the rare event that your pottery arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either provide a refund or send a replacement.

  6. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
