At Clinton Pottery, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pottery pieces, please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on pottery items unless they arrive damaged. All sales are final.

  2. Damaged Items: In the rare event that your pottery arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either provide a refund or send a replacement.

  3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement: To request a refund or replacement for a damaged item, please contact us via email at clintonpottery@aol.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

  4. Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Replacement Process: Once we receive your damaged item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved we can than send you a replacement item, subject to availability.
